EclipseMovie.org reader Lucia, has figured out who Billy was referring to! His name is Peter Murphy from the band Bauhaus. Ironically their first single was called Bella Lugosi’s Dead, and Lead singer Peter Murphy was known for performing upside down in a bat costume!
